2 - Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing
telephone support through inbound and outbound calls to
and from customers, merchants, carriers and outside sales
representatives. Requirements: customer service experience
(telephone), bilingual (English & Spanish) computer
literate, flexible schedule, ability to work well independently,
technical knowledge, and problem solving skills a plus!
Schedule - 5 weekdays (afternoon shift) plus 1 weekend day
(afternoon shift)
