BLACKSTONE ANNOUNCES IPREPAY, INC. ACQUISITION
MIAMI, FL –March 13, 2007---Blackstone announces its acquisition of the assets of iPrepay Inc., a leading reseller of prepaid products and services. The Blackstone acquisition of iPrepay calls for Blackstone to service all iPrepay locations, leveraging Blackstone Proprietary Platform under its current patent and also under its new patent U.S. Patent No. 7, 181, 416 issued on February 20, 2007.

The acquisition will expand the products and services offered by iPrepay, Inc. to include the entire Blackstone suite of patented technologies. Issa Asad, President., XChange Communications, will sign a national distribution agreement to market all of Blackstone’s products and services to retail locations.
