BLACKSTONE UNVEILS NEW CORPORATE STRUCTURE
Carlos Rodriguez promoted to President, Janet Sancho to Senior Vice President,
Joaquin Fernandez named as Chief Financial Officer and Michael Acton was appointed as Chief Operating Officer
MIAMI, FL –August 31, 2007---Blackstone Calling Cards is proud to announce its new corporate structure its business operations. Two senior staff members Carlos Rodriguez and Janet Sancho were promoted. Additionally, Joaquin Fernandez was names Chief Financial Officer. Blackstone is pleased to welcome back Michael Acton as Chief Operating Officer.

Carlos Rodriguez was named President of Blackstone. Prior to becoming President, Mr. Rodriguez served as Vice President focusing on business development and corporate operations. As President, Rodriguez will direct overall corporate strategy and continue to position Blackstone as the leader of the prepaid industry.
Janet Sancho was promoted to Senior Vice President. Since 2003, Mrs. Sancho operated as Vice President. Among her responsibilities, she will oversee business development, corporate sales, merchant services and carrier relations.
Joaquin Fernandez was also named Chief Financial Officer. Fernandez will develop and manage Blackstone’s short and long-range financial plans to establish company-wide objectives, policies, programs and procedures to insure Blackstone’s financial structure.
In addition, Blackstone would like to welcome back Michael Acton as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this newly developed position, Mr. Acton will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He will ensure that Blackstone’s short and long-term goals are met.
