Apply for a Merchant Account

Before you can start processing payments, you’ll need to apply for a Blackstone Merchant Account.
This account gives you access to our payment gateway, reporting tools, and integrations.

  1. Visit the Merchant Application Page on our website.

  2. Fill out the short online form with your business details, banking information, and contact information.

  3. Our underwriting team will review your application and contact you if additional information is needed.

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive your Merchant ID and login credentials to the Blackstone Dashboard or bPayd Gateway.

Tip: Most merchants receive approval within 24–48 hours.

Log In to Your Merchant Dashboard

After your account is approved, log in to your Blackstone or bPayd Merchant Dashboard using your credentials.
You can access it from any web browser or mobile device.

From your dashboard, you’ll be able to:

  • View transactions in real time

  • Manage invoices and recurring billing

  • Generate Paylinks or QR codes

  • Issue refunds or pre-authorizations

  • Access detailed reports and settlement data

Step 1: Apply for a Merchant Account
