Return & Refund Policy
Most orders are processed immediately. If you wish to cancel your order or replace it with something else, you must wait for the package to arrive and then return it for a full or partial refund. If you reach us at 305-639-9590, you may have a chance to cancel the order before it’s processed. All items include a 14-day refund policy, with unopened products eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges—simply return the item and repurchase the correct product.
Delivery
Most orders ship the same day. Holiday or weekend orders go out the next business day. All packages use economy shipping unless upgraded at checkout. Orders placed after 4 PM will ship the following day.
